Kevin began his professional career as a systems analyst with ExxonMobil. During his business career, Mr. Riles has worked for ExxonMobil Corporation, ClearChannel Communications (KMJQ), and Managed Information Systems. His wide array of business experience, coupled with his strong entrepreneurial desires lead him to form his own real estate company in October 2000 with a focus on helping to provide real estate brokerage services to the Greater Houston Area. In 2010 Kevin’s Company Upscale Properties was renamed KEVIN RILES COMMERCIAL and expanded its services to include Commercial Real Estate Services for Small Business Owners, Churches & Non-Prof it Organizations. As a testament to his ministerial calling he felt there was a need to provide real estate services comparable with larger firms to small organizations. To that end, he has helped small business and churches with development and brokerage services. Most recently completing a five million dollar assisted living facility in Fort Bend County both as broker and developer.
